最近看一本書, 提到小米酒在外國人眼中是個台灣的獨特飲品, 滿滿的地方味, 滿滿的酒味, 十足的好喝, 看完發現以後外國人來就應該去烏來或北投泡個溫泉喝點小米酒吃點夜市小吃, 這一定別有一番滋味, 除了夜市料理之外, 原住民的料理應該更是神秘且充滿吸引力, 看來我應該要多接觸小米酒這樣才可以當個地道的台灣伴遊~
As shows in Wiki, it mentioned that millet wine is common wine in Asia which is also oldest wine and traditional beverage of Taiwanese aboriginal. I should buy a pint for all my foreigner friends. They must like it.They can taste Taiwanese aboriginal lifestyle and culture within. I think there are 2 must-try in Taiwan: one is night market food, the other one is millet wine.
